Job summary

hellocare is seeking an on-site Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations and scale our AI-assisted care platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence and coordinate across product, finance, sales, and clinical teams.

You will build and mentor a high-performing operations team, set KPIs, manage risk and compliance, and ensure timely delivery of virtual care solutions to healthcare partners nationwide in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience in healthcare/telehealth.
• Strong track record of driving efficiency in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory environments.
• Leadership with ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with growth objectives and mission.
• Streamline workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across operations.
• Oversee delivery of hellocare’s solutions to healthcare partners.
• Collaborate with product, finance, sales, and clinical teams for alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational success and drive improvement.
• Mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
