Job summary

Benchmark Health is seeking a senior operating leader to run day-to-day operations, scale infrastructure, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO. The role encompasses Product, Operations, Data, finance, and HR across the organization.

You will drive an AI-native operating system for behavioral health, ensure high-quality care delivery, and partner with Payors, health systems, and health plans to expand the business while maintaining fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience, including a senior operating role at an early-stage startup.
• Deep experience in behavioral health, managed care, or value-based care models strongly preferred.
• Track record of scaling a company through growth stages.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with CEO, board, and advisors to ideate and build an AI-native operating system for behavioral health.
• Oversee operations, care management delivery, and partner implementation at scale.
• Lead product and technology leadership to design and build an efficient AI-native clinical model.
• Maintain financial discipline and support fundraising efforts.
• Lead and develop a high-caliber, mission-driven team with robust performance metrics.
