Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a growing organization to identify a hands-on Controller for an on-site opportunity based in West Bridgewater, MA. This role offers a salary range of $125,000-$140,000 plus bonus potential and benefits.

The Controller will oversee daily accounting operations, manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to East Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff while remaining actively involved in day-to-day accounting functions.
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support business decisions.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
