Job summary

Easton Select Group is seeking an Assistant Controller in West Bridgewater, MA to lead accounting operations for a growing multi-entity organization. This role partners with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and to integrate newly acquired companies into standardized processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA Certification required.
• 3–5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Assist Controller in day-to-day multi-company accounting operations.
• Lead integration of acquired companies' processes and standardize reporting across entities.
• Improve accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls to support growth.
• Drive standardization across business units to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close across multiple entities.
