Job summary

iQuasar LLC seeks a Contract Manager/Project Manager to lead contract performance and PM activities on-site in Washington, DC. You will coordinate with LSI, contractors, and BLS stakeholders to ensure staffing, budgets, security, and reporting are aligned with contract requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, delivery of multi-task IT infra projects, and robust client relations to maintain contract success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience developing performance metrics for staffing and hiring.
• 3 years of experience in salary administration.
• 3 years of experience exercising corporate on-site decision-making authority.
• 6 years of experience in client relations resolving contract and personnel issues.
• 3+ years managing Help Desk contracts and teams (50+ employees).
• Experience recruiting, hiring, development, supervision and performance management.
• 5 years managing infrastructure contracts and large teams.
• 5 years managing multi-task infrastructure projects (planning, budgeting, staffing).
• 5 years administering server hardware, Unix/Linux/Windows, firewall, routing, SAN/NAS, LAN/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site corporate representative for all administrative and technical contract matters.
• Provide overall management and oversight of contract activities and task areas.
• Develop plans, budgets, staffing strategies, schedules, and performance measures.
• Monitor contract performance to meet requirements, milestones and service levels.
• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure and IT support tasks from planning to completion.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise between contractor personnel and COR; maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide regular contract status, staffing and performance updates.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of personnel.
• Ensure security/compliance with policies and credentialing requirements.
