Job summary

Facility Services Management Inc. seeks an on-site Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager for Bolling AFB, DC. You will act as the CMM in their absence and oversee all corrective maintenance activities, ensuring proper supervision of contractor staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a diverse workforce in operations, maintenance and repair of medical facility systems.
• Must hold HVAC license or higher certification and OSHA training credentials.
• Background in healthcare or research facility O&M and compliance with applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support staff and ensure supervision presence during duty and non-duty hours.
• Attend meetings related to performance work statement (PWS) as requested.
• Ensure employees are trained, licensed, and compliant prior to operating equipment.
• Schedule and provide required training per PWS.
• Manage government property inventories and security plans as applicable.
• Respond to contract requirements including data collection and reporting.
• Direct and supervise all contract labor divisions and overall contract management.
