Qualifications

• OSHA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site setup, permits, and logistics.
• Supervise on-site activities, conduct daily safety briefings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate subcontractors.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with codes.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Maintain daily logs, prepare reports, and process RFIs/change orders.
• Serve as on-site liaison, providing progress updates and issue resolution.
