This role requires 5 years of experience, knowledge of construction tools, and effective project management skills. The Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors and maintain safety standards. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification is necessary.
• OSHA certification must be completed in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction, quality, and safety of projects.
• Ensure work is completed per schedule and within budget.
• Maintain necessary paperwork and accurate records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and run weekly meetings.
• Communicate daily with the Project Manager and Owner Representative.

Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints

Job scheduling

Utilizing project management software

Working knowledge of tools & equipment

5 years working in the construction industry
