Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC seeks a Full-Time Construction Project Superintendent to support the Kings Bay Base project in Georgia. You will provide on-site leadership, oversee daily construction activities, and coordinate subcontractors and craft personnel to keep the project on schedule.

You will work with the Project Manager to enforce safety standards, ensure quality workmanship, and promote teamwork across all levels on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent on large-scale projects.
• Experience with government, military, or large commercial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall field operations from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to maintain schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure quality workmanship on site.
• Provide on-site leadership to superintendents, foremen, and crews.
