Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our Field Operations team at Kings Bay Base in Georgia, supporting DoD projects from concept through completion. You will administer, organize, plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor project processes on-site, with some PM duties potentially delegated based on experience.

Local candidates are preferred, with relocation assistance possible.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience/training).
US project work experience required.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet) required.
Software literacy (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS) preferred.
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training can be provided).
LEED GA credential desirable.
QCM certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

Support across all phases of a commercial construction project—from development to completion—by administering, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring processes.
On larger projects, certain project management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE depending on experience, knowledge and skills.
