Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC seeks a Construction Project Engineer for the Kings Bay Base (GA) field operations team on active DoD projects. The PE will support all phases of construction, coordinating, planning and monitoring activities to ensure on-time delivery.

Preferred candidates have a BA/BS in a related field with US project experience and proficiency in Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS. Local candidates are favored; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience/training).
US project work experience required.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet) required.
Software literacy (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS) preferred.
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training can be provided).
LEED GA credential desirable.
QCM certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide support across all phases of a commercial construction project—from conceptual development to final completion—by administering, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring processes.
On larger projects, some project management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE depending on experience, knowledge, and skills.
Local candidates preferred, relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates located out of the area.
