Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to lead field operations on Kings Bay military base projects in Georgia. You will partner with the Project Manager to drive safety, schedule, and quality on site.

This full-time, on-site role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale projects, plus 10+ years total construction experience. Government/military project experience and OSHA-based certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects, with scheduling, procurement, field ops and quality control.
• 10+ years total construction field or trade experience preferred.
• Government, military, or large commercial project experience a plus, especially design-build.
• CPR/First Aid/OSHA 30-hour/EM-385/ST S certifications required (training available).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall field operations from planning through completion.
• Lead on-site activities and guide assistants, foremen, and craft personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to maintain schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure work meets quality expectations.
• Maintain clear communication across all levels to drive project success.
• Align actions with company mission and values on project delivery.
