Job summary

Stark Enterprises is seeking a Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities across the company’s portfolio in Ohio. You will supervise field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet design specs, schedules, and safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in commercial construction and Procore proficiency. Travel to various worksites in the Cleveland area is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• 1–2 years of experience as a superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field activities.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision of construction activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics to maintain safe, efficient workflows.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress and verify compliance with plans.
• Maintain daily logs, inspection records, and safety documentation.
• Assist in reviewing and communicating change conditions to the Project Manager.
