Job summary

W. R. Dunkin & Son, Inc. in Anderson, IN is seeking a qualified Superintendent to oversee field operations on our diverse construction projects.

You will manage scheduling, safety, quality control, and coordination with subcontractors, while reporting to the Project Manager and Owner Representative. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and a proven ability to lead on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years in the construction industry.
• OSHA Ten for the Construction Industry certification (to be completed in the first year).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, quality, and safety of projects under supervision.
• Ensure work is completed per schedule and within budget.
• Maintain paperwork and accurate records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors onsite and lead weekly meetings.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager and Owner Representative.
• Organize and manage crews for self-performed tasks.
