Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• OSHA 10 certification (to be completed within the first year).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand drawings.
• Experience scheduling crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Experience using project management software for daily reports and safety documentation.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, quality, and safety on site.
• Ensure work is completed per schedule and within budget.
• Maintain paperwork and accurate records.
• Coordinate with all subcontractors and lead weekly meetings.
• Provide ongoing updates to the Project Manager and Owner Representative.
• Organize and manage crews for self-performed tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and train field staff as needed.
• Submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
