Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Field Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on the job site, ensuring progress according to schedule and specs.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and finished products to meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve quality issues with subcontractors and team members.
• Develop and manage the project schedule, sequencing tasks and coordinating activities.
• Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on status and progress.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation.
• Identify challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues.
• Lead and supervise construction personnel, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits; obtain necessary approvals.
