Job summary

Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC (GbOSS) seeks an experienced on-site Superintendent to coordinate all construction activities, supervise subcontractors, ensure schedule adherence, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires robust scheduling, procurement, and document control capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and daily logs while supporting budgeting and permit processes.

Qualifications

• Must interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings/specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Understanding safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path deadlines.
• Perform quality control duties for ongoing work.
• Communicate with project team on RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with contracted scope and safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and address non‑compliances.
• Maintain daily field logs and assist in planning future work.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Oversee site cleanliness and organization; secure site daily.
• Assist budgeting, bidding, and awards of subcontracts.
• Support permit acquisition and revisions where needed.
