Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction coordination across all phases, ensuring scheduling, budget, and safety adherence. The role emphasizes subcontractor management, quality control, and daily site oversight to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Expect to oversee inspections, prepare progress reports, and support bids and permits while maintaining strong communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings/specifications.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Understanding of Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Perform quality control duties on ongoing work.
• Communicate RFI’s and material submittals to project team.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with contracted scope and safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions; manage non-compliance notices.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and assist in planning future work.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings and progress reviews.
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and awarding subcontracts.
