Barlovento, L.L.C. is seeking an onsite construction manager to oversee project execution, monitor subcontractor productivity, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets in line with government guidelines. The role requires DoD/DOE and PCC Airfield experience and involves developing construction schedules and resource planning.

Housing stipends are to be discussed during interview, with potential relocation and commuting considerations highlighted. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• 5 years of DOD/DOE experience.
• 5 years of PCC Airfield experience.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate.
• Have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite management of construction; advise on quality and productivity; monitor subcontractors to ensure plans and schedule are followed and project is executed within budget and on time.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, manpower utilization, material handling, storage requirements and equipment use per government and contractual guidelines.
