Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud (NMC2) seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site field execution for a Spartanburg HPC facility. You will direct daily trades, coordinate with the GC and subcontractors, and drive the master schedule across all trades.

You will enforce safety, manage manpower and materials, coordinate with QAQC, and report progress to the Director of Construction & Commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on field superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & sequencing management: own and maintain the master construction schedule and drive cross-trade sequencing decisions.
