AMCON Industrial seeks a Site Safety Manager to lead the safety program on major projects. You will work with senior leadership, field teams, and clients to implement a safety culture and ensure regulatory and company compliance.

You will develop safety plans, perform risk assessments, lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions while coordinating training and documentation across the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years construction safety experience preferred.
• Four-year degree preferred; degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Construction Management or related field preferred.
• STSC certification is required for this role; CHST certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary safety resource for all AMCON employees on site.
• Lead project teams to deliver projects in compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and communicate project safety plans and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate safety training and toolbox talks; ensure PPE usage and compliance.
