Job summary

AMCON seeks a Site Safety Manager to lead and support the safety program on major projects. You will collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, trades, clients, and safety professionals to foster a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory and site-specific compliance.

The role requires on-site leadership, training delivery, incident investigations, and proactive risk control across active construction sites. A four-year degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• STSC Certification is required for this role.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred and valid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety program on AMCON sites and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and employee qualifications.
• Manage safety documentation, records, and reporting to project leadership.
