Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in construction safety, a related bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as CSP/CHST or OSHA 30. You will ensure regulatory compliance, document incidents, and collaborate with project teams to sustain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience, with on-site supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CSP/CHST or OSHA 30 required for safety leadership.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926) and site safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents; lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety aspects of the construction site during installation of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans, programs, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain required safety records.
• Provide safety training and orientation for workers and subcontractors.
