Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Safety Lead to work with project teams to plan and conduct safety activities across construction sites. You will ensure best practices are integrated during pre-planning and construction phases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with 3–5 years in commercial/industrial construction site safety; CHST or OSHA 30 preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial construction site safety.
• CHST certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety team management and development.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety practices and processes.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Approve weekly timecards and PTO schedules.
• Lead on-site incident reviews and generate reports.
