Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-7 years of construction safety experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with corporate-level clients and senior management.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits of field personnel, PPE, and validating permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, Excavation).
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field orientations with subcontractors and clients.
• Assist in field incident investigations and root cause analysis with EHSS team and site management.
• Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans, procedures, and permits.
• Monitor atmospheric conditions and maintain accurate safety records.
