• BA/BS in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may qualify.
• 10+ years in commercial construction; roles like Superintendent, PM, or QC Manager.
• USACE CQM for Contractors certification required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.
• LEED credentials are a plus; EM 385-1-1, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30 recommended.
