Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a QA/QC professional to implement and oversee the project-specific QA/QC Plan, ensuring compliance with contract documents and applicable codes on site.

The role collaborates with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors, oversees testing and inspection activities, and drives continuous improvement of quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum five years' experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and materials; tolerances.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC Plan and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Develop and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan with scopes of work and procedures.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to deliver compliant work.
• Supervise testing and inspections; arrange third-party testing; analyze results.
