Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management, construction management, or real estate coordination.
• Ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets with cost control.
• Understanding of relocations, construction projects, and renovation initiatives.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% to project sites and client locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives across multiple concurrent assignments to contribute to project success.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and budgets and monitor performance against baselines.
• Manage full vendor lifecycle including RFPs, contracting, subcontractors, and quality deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project status reports, process invoices, and maintain documentation for audits.
• Coordinate work across on-site teams to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity.
• Interface with architects, contractors, and clients to align with project objectives.
• Leverage project management platforms to maintain visibility and stakeholder communication.
