Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of large-scale projects in the United States. You will create project plans, manage risk, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and designers to keep the schedule on track.

You will drive safety culture on-site, oversee permits and insurance for subcontractors, and report monthly status. The role requires 4+ years GC experience, leadership ability, and a track record of delivering projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction experience on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely, effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong relationships with owners and trade contractors.
• Demonstrated work ethic and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Aligned with Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Understand contracts and manage all parties involved.
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly job status reports.
• Oversee project close-out, turnover of manuals and warranties.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and designers.
• Monitor project progress and deadlines.
• Drive a culture of safety on site.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
• Recruit top industry talent.
• Identify, hire, and retain outstanding people.
