This on-site role requires ensuring quality, coordinating subcontractors, and guiding risk management to meet client and company standards. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in construction management and a bachelor's degree in the field, with proven leadership and schedule optimization abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is required.
• Previous experience managing others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and define quality control and assurance efforts across multiple projects.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
• Oversee contingency reporting and management during execution.
• Support project teams' risk management to comply with company standards.
• Define project scope, set goals, and monitor progress.
• Oversee schedule management and drive timely completion.
• Manage RFIs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop detailed project scopes and objectives with input from stakeholders.
• Analyze project progress and provide strategic recommendations.
