Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining Master Project Schedule, managing QA/QC, and fostering strong owner, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations. Proficiency with BIM/Lean and contract documents is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Proven ability to read, understand, and interpret contracts, drawings, specs, scopes of work and schedules.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean approaches to benefit the project.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate management of multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule and ensure timely implementation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret reports for budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC program and field operations/engineering processes.
• Foster owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Drive safety protocol enforcement and insurance/labor/employee relations.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction on project development when needed.
• Communicate progress via regular Operation Review Meetings.
