Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds at least a four-year engineering, construction management or construction-related degree or equivalent trade experience.
• Engineering certifications such as a PE are a plus.
• OSHA, CMAA or ASHE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver work results that exceed profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationship goals.
• Lead project teams including subcontractors and field personnel; coordinate safety and on-site operations.
• Write scopes of work for bidding and subcontracting; manage owner contract risks.
• Oversee schedule development and ensure on-time performance with stakeholders.
• Monitor quality control and resolve disputes professionally.
• Manage field coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, agencies, and design team.
