Job summary

W.T. Rich Company in Massachusetts seeks a Project Manager to lead on-site execution, coordinate resources, and drive projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while building strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating with estimating and procurement, preparing contracts, supervising field staff, and overseeing payments and closeout deliverables to ensure successful and profitable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Management or Engineering is required or a related field.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience on large-scale projects ($30–$70M).
• Procore software knowledge is preferred.
• Familiarity with Chapter 149a contract processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of job cost reporting, billing and payable procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with client, architect, subcontractors and vendors.
• Drive pre-construction activities including design review, purchasing and schedule creation.
• Maintain project budget throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with estimating to improve profitability and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage contracts and purchase orders with subs.
• Lead field supervision and coordinate schedule with subs and vendors.
• Attend schedule and management meetings to monitor progress.
• Provide jobsite leadership in safety and quality.
• Manage requisitions and payments, including lien releases and payroll.
• Execute project closeout with manuals, warranties and as-builts delivered.
