Job summary

Ladder is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from award to closeout, coordinating all activities across office and jobsite. You will drive safety, productivity and quality while maintaining schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates will manage blueprints, permits, RFIs and submittals, and lead foremen to successful project delivery. Strong communication and organization are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Complete project on time and under budget.
• Train Foreman to excel in Safety, Productivity & Quality.
• Verify blueprints created by drafting dept.
• Manage permitting, submittals, RFI’s, revised drawings and project schedules.
• Attend meetings and create action items as required.
• Assess material and tooling needs and facilitate getting items to the jobsite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
