Job summary

Muller Inc, a full-service Site Work Contractor based in Northern Virginia, is seeking on-site supervision to manage daily site activities and ensure work aligns with project plans. The role involves coordinating foremen, tracking materials, and overseeing subcontractor performance on multiple sites.

The successful candidate will monitor schedules, report delays, and collaborate with PPOC to keep projects on track, while supporting health benefits and company travel policies.

Qualifications

Read and interpret project drawings to identify included scope.
Proficient with Excel, Bluebeam, Word, Teams for tracking and documentation.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track quantities on site and verify against estimates; alert PPOC if over.
Identify potential change order work on site and report it.
Monitor daily delays (weather, stakeout delays, other trades).
Ensure foremen submit daily plans for PPOC review in a timely manner.
Order materials needed for foremen/superintendents on site.
Verify subcontractors are performing their scope and assess crew size/productivity.
