Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to be based in Philadelphia, PA, working on the Philly 76ers project. This position begins in Summer 2027.

The responsibilities include overseeing construction administration tasks, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring timely submittals and approvals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, with experience on live construction sites and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction administration tasks as part of the Project Management team.
• Prepare subcontractor reports to keep Supervisor and Client informed of progress.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with superintendent as required.
• Receive, review and submit documents for approval (Submittals/ RFIs/ etc.).
• Assist project manager with costs and scheduling to meet budget and contractual conformance.
• Work with document control/project management systems to keep data up-to-date.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
