Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional for a stadium construction project in University Park, PA. You will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, monitor hazards, and lead ES&H initiatives on site.

The role requires knowledge of government requirements, strong experience in construction safety, and the ability to train staff and oversee a team of ES&H professionals. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 4 years of health and safety construction experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• CHST/CSP/OSHA 500 or similar certification.
• Experience working on a large construction project.
• Experience with OCIP/CSIP management.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, perform moderately complex technical work in EHS disciplines to achieve compliance with ES&H standards and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of government agency requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs and procedures.
• Investigate accidents and hazards; recommend process improvements.
• Provide training and regulatory interpretation; act as lead for ES&H team.
