Job summary

RQC, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support field operations in Norfolk, VA. This on-site role focuses on contributing to complex commercial projects located on an active military installation.

You will assist with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and project controls from planning through closeout, with potential for additional PM duties based on experience and project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications; training can be provided.
• Experience with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit preferred.
• LEED Green Associate (GA) credential preferred.
• Quality Control Management (QCM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports project execution from planning through closeout, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
• Assists with project controls and project administration.
• May take on additional project management responsibilities as needed.
