Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer in Milwaukee, WI to support project teams from on-site initiation through documentation and planning. You will ensure the crew has what they need daily and coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to set the project up for success.

You will manage required project documentation, plan ahead for upcoming days and weeks, and contribute to a collaborative environment across heavy civil and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field with 2+ years of construction experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in wastewater, concrete, or heavy civil.
• Travel required; extensive travel of 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member supporting all needs to ensure successful project completion.
• Start on-site with the crew to ensure they have everything needed for the day.
• Document and record project data and plan for upcoming days and weeks.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.
