Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Ensure integrity, safety, and quality in all work.
• Assist in estimates, budgets, and cost reporting.
• Lead pre-construction planning and subcontract negotiations.
• Support project management planning and execution of construction contracts.
• Assist in value engineering and reviewing plans and specs.
• Obtain permits and address regulatory requirements as needed.
• Develop project schedules and milestone tracking with the superintendent.
• Prepare monthly client pay requests and manage billings collections.
• Control costs and coordinate with the cost accountant for payments and lien releases.
• Participate in monthly cost reviews to improve profitability and achieve goals.
• Procure materials and equipment within budget and schedule.
• Develop and monitor quality, safety, and risk management plans.
• Negotiate owner/subcontractor change orders and manage impacts on schedule/cost.
• Attend and document meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
