Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent combination.
• 3+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, management, and execution of construction projects.
• Assist in pre-construction planning meetings.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Develop monthly client pay requests and ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate change orders and subcontractor negotiations.
• Mentor project team members as needed.
