Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Timberline and Textura is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, internal team, trades, lenders and corporate accounting.
• Understand key contract terms and conditions related to finance and accounting.
• Assist in project start-up and close-out activities, including record retention compliance.
• Review, code and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices with Project Managers.
• Prepare monthly owner billings, schedule of value updates, and owner change orders.
• Maintain documentation of all SOV revisions and contingency use.
• Collect and record pre-lien and lien tracking, including lien waivers.
• Track subcontractor insurance and licensing compliance.
• Prepare, code and process expense reports.
