Job summary

The role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and proficiency with Oracle/CMiC, MS Office, and subcontractor payment management.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle/CMiC and job costing is a plus
• Experience with large projects and joint ventures is desirable
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Report to project manager at site and align with project needs
• Assist with project budget, change orders, and cost reporting
• Maintain job costs and prepare expenditure transfers
• Oversee labor compliance, payroll reporting, and subcontractor payments
• Manage LCPtracker and compliance systems; train project teams
• Prepare billings (lump sum, cost plus, GMP) and ensure timely cash flow
• Conduct project cost analyses and provide periodic reporting
• Oversee timekeeping and support audits as needed
