Qualifications

• Accounting degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with Joint Ventures advantageous.
• Oracle, CMiC and job costing experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand increasingly complex construction business concepts.
• Must multitask and meet critical deadlines with strong organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data accuracy emphasized.
• Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Report to the project manager at the project site and coordinate with project staff.
• Prepare and reconcile project budgets and change orders.
• Maintain job cost reporting and associated budget transfers.
• Ensure compliance with labor, payroll and reporting requirements.
• Oversee subcontractor payment status and lien waivers.
• Support audits and prepare ad hoc financial reporting.
• Monitor project costs and provide financial insights to leadership.
