Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to monitor construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. The role is full-time and on-site in Richmond, VA, requiring oversight of cost, schedule and quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities include site visits, progress reviews, change order handling, subcontracts and documenting project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and five+ years of progressively responsible project experience.
• Experience managing multiple renovation and/or new construction projects over $1M.
• Experience with A/E consultants and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Review project status, cost and schedule reports.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and codes.
• Review subcontracts, change orders and payment requisitions.
• Prepare construction risk assessments and status reports.
• Support SOX controls where applicable.
