Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3+ years of project or construction management experience, or a High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Review program plan and determine design and delivery method.
• Manage the design process to meet project goals and coordinate client and university objectives.
• Oversee construction, contract administration, bid review, and on-site supervision to ensure safety and quality.
• Create and enforce project schedules and monitor progress to maintain timelines.
