Qualifications

• Experience with construction estimating, scheduling, and supervision of journey level trades.
• Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multi-trades staff; coordinate with section PMs, trades, architects and engineers.
• Manage scheduling for multi-trades phases, client programs and room usage.
• Oversee procurement, price analysis, and vendor evaluation for best value.
• Direct a team of approximately 48 employees across 4 unit supervisors.
