Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project management or construction management; or 高School diploma/GED with 7+ years experience.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (administrators, faculty, staff, contractors, public).
• Experience in design work (mechanical, electrical, structural or civil) and customer service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Pre-design phase: interpret program needs and align design resources with CSU standards.
• Design: manage design to meet goals and coordinate with client and CSU policies.
• Construction: oversee multiple trades, coordinate with CSU departments and agencies, supervise site safety.
• Contract administration: coordinate pre-bid meetings, respond to bidder questions, evaluate bids, issue awards.
• Scheduling: create and enforce detailed project schedules and monitor progress.
• Supervision: act as superintendent when required and serve as primary contact for CSU.
