You will handle daily site duties, review pay applications, and coordinate with GC, designers, and owner stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on construction management experience, proficiency with Procore and MS Project, and strong daily reporting and owner-facing

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Procore and MS Project.
• Excellent daily reporting and owner-facing communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day construction management of active scopes.
• Review pay applications and provide recommendations to owner.
• Negotiate change orders and avoid claims.
• Coordinate between GC, designers, and owner stakeholders.
• Provide commissioning oversight and manage substantial-completion timelines.
