Responsibilities

• On-site Construction Manager/Administrator for EHRM project at Cheyenne VAMC.
• Assist Contracting Officer and COR with project management, planning, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control.
• Maintain thorough records, conduct progress meetings, and support change orders and payment processes.
• Monitor QA/QC, document deficiencies, and ensure compliance with construction documents.
